So happy with Taylor, I think she was the one that answered my call three times. I was about to use Doordash but since the price difference was significant, I decided to pick up the Carne Asada Fries by myself. The bomb! It is so tastyyyy. And also the shrimp burrito so delicious. I know Albertacos in vista was very good but Albertacos in Ridgecrest is also very very good.

Left side of picture is my order of an Asada Torta. Albertacos used to pack it with meat, lettuce, & guacamole. Now it’s just spread out on to make it look like a full sandwich. Right side of picture is the actual filling which is half of the sandwich that I scraped altogether. I’ll spend my $7.49 elsewhere!

We have eaten here many times.I personally like the Carne Asada Qesadilla.I have tried the Shrimp Quesadilla and the first time I ate it,it was like heaven.The second time I had it,I think they put tarter sauce on it.I apologize if you dont even have Tarter sauce in your restaurant,but something was really off. I tried a third one,and maybe it is just about how much you like shrimp…and I love Shrimp.I only ate half if my third shrimp quesadilla and 1/4 of my second.We are getting a feel for this restaurant,and it directs our choices. We purchased a carne asada nachos,carnitas torta and a carne asasa quesadilla tonight. I tried the carnitas torta,and my first bite was ok,but it was dry.It seemed like typical restaurant carnitas. It was dry like it was on a grill too long. I would like to say that the Carne Asada Quesadilla have plenty of meat,and that I like they put pico and guac with the meal.Another person in our party likes your Carne Asada Nachos enough ,that they will take them over the place down the street….which surprises me.
