I’ve witnessed several Black employees be treated with animosity by their coworkers, this includes but is not limited to, patronizing and condescending belittling, and seemingly unfounded personal vendettas. Aforementioned black employees were nothing but immaculate and polite.

I ordered on my daughter’s 18th birthday picked up in a rush got home pizza was awful. They couldn’t have looked at what they have me. No one should have thought the burnt pizzas were ok to serve as well as the wings had no sauce on it . I did that to back they did apologize and redid the order. But I will not be ordering at this location again.

Pizza was good but the delivery guy who brought me my pizza decided to embarrass me because I couldn’t tip (I genuinely already felt bad as it was but I was trying to help feed my crew mate) and shouted out loud in front of a bunch of people “Yo thanks for the zero dollar tip”. Michelle was very rude and unhelpful when all I asked was for my bread twists to be made fresh after two previous orders being wrong, cold, and stale. I never raised my voice or gave her an attitude. She argued with me that there was no way I could have received stale bread because everything is made to order. Let me be clear that the only thing I asked for was for it to be made fresh. (Are paying customers not allowed to ask for fresh food in 2022???) My order was paid for and tip was prepaid online. All Michelle had to say was say “Sure!, no problem” but I guess arguing with customers and being defensive over bread is top priority. She could definitely use some Customer Service training or be Fired.

My step father accidentally placed an order and paid to this store which was the wrong store. He ended up calling this store and spoke to the manager on shift Shannon she ensured him that his order would be transferred to the correct store! We waited over an hour for pizza we thought would be coming with 5 hungry children! I then called this location back and was told by the same manager Shannon that she transferred the order to the correct store which in fact was a lie and she then admitted to actually only canceling the order! She then had the audacity to get upset at us because she lied and said she transferred the order having us think the order was coming. Would not recommend speaking with her about any issues as she’s very combative.
