DEAD FLIES ON MY PIZZA!? Need I say more? There’s so much wrong with this store! Domino’s Pizza brand is being devastated by this disgusting place. If dead flies are ending up on a served pizza, you can only imagine what other unhealthy, unsafe, unsanitary practices are taking place. You hardly find it worth mentioning the staff aside from the managers are terrible to deal with. Rude as can be, unprofessional as it gets, and incompetent. How hard is it to cook a pizza the way it’s ordered?! And to be kind and respectful while doing it?! I WARN YOU, DO NOT EAT HERE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. BEWARE.

I always order online and pick up in person. The store is always clean, employees are always respectful and greet you, as you come in through the door. I also love how they read, your order to you just to confirm that your order is correct. Love the Gc location along with the location on Victory Drive.

I placed an online order for a medium pizza and a sandwich around 7:30 p.m. The tracker said my order would be ready around 8:00 p.m. I understand when it’s busy it can take that long. But the tracker never moved. I went up there at about 8:10 and there was just one dude doing his absolute best to make a million pizzas. I don’t blame him one bit. But if I had not already paid online I would have walked. Also, the phone rang incessantly while I waited. Look people if a place is busy and they haven’t picked up on the 50th ring, just hang up!

This is not about quality but more or less inaccurate information. When I placed the order the website distinctly said 30min delivery time, Its been 2 hrs and still no pie. I understand they’ve been dealing with limited driver issues but that should be mentioned before accepting my money and having us waiting, maybe I would have made a different choice. The pizza was done an hour ago, so I’m sure it’ll be ice cold when it gets here like the last time. Sadly you’ve lost a customer. yeah it was cold as hell, but the driver was super cool.

Please don’t order from here even if your hungry. I ordered my food at 5:56 and didn’t receive my food until 8 or 9 something. The first I called they said my food was on the way and it would be hot. I was tracking the driver the whole time. One minute he was in my neighborhood then 30 minutes away and mind you I’m 3 minutes away. He went back to the facility twice. The second time he went back to the facility he marked my pizza as delivered which it hasn’t. I called them then I was placed on hold for 10 minutes to see what happened to my pizza. Then it was brought out cold. Then ate some today and it was hair in it. To be honest they need a new crew or shut this place down.

Absolutely the WORST dominos location ever. I placed my order after I got off of work at 6pm. Nothing too complicated standard pizza. After 2 hours I try to look at it online status, it changed from “Quality check ” back to “baking. They put Myers on hold for 20 minutes, then hang up. This happened a total of 4 times! Finally, after 3 hours I got fed up and drove with my dad down to the store (oh and by the way, for reference the store is only 6 mins away.) As I pull up, I see a lady at the counter through the window, and I saw her deliberately hanging up again and again. As soon as I burst in and plead my case, they suddenly have my order ready near the counter…how convenient. But to add to the late service and poor response from the workforce (wouldn’t even look at me when I talked to her) another poor customer walked in and said she has the same issue too. Only for her it was worst, she waited over 4 hours and was told she couldn’t get a refund because their manager was out with her order, and they told her that he was “somewhere in Savannah…” please for all that is sane, do NOT ever order from this location. They are all an embarrassment to human existence, especially the lady at the front counter managing the phone. All must be fired swiftly, and the building MUST BE CONDEMNED. THANK YOU

In over 20 years of eating domino’s, we had the worst dinner experience ever, missed carryout by 3/4 mins, then had to order online and wait over an hr last night for our med deluxe and upon opening our pizza it was like they just slapped it together with 1/4 of it just crust, no sauce,cheese or items on it, just wow Domino’s night shift, sorry we inconvenienced you guys and girls. At $20.00 with tip, I expect a decent pizza. Very unsatisfactory and hope for a response and them to fix my opinion of not just their establishment but Domino’s as a whole.

Need to shut this location down asap.. they definitely either don’t know how to cook pizza properly, or use a completely different dough for personal pan made pizzas. Can’t even describe how mushy and disgusting it was.. Not a good look, I work with lots of inspectors. Figure your business out…

Order was cancelled after 2 hours and I wasn’t even notified by email, text, or a phone call. I had to go online and check the “Pizza Tracker” in my Domino’s account to find out that my order was cancelled. I placed the order online at 10:15PM on a Saturday night (they’re supposedly open until 1:00AM on weekends). I understand being short-staffed nowadays but if you can’t get someone’s order to them before closing, you should notify them right away.
