The same management and staff from the the old Greenback location but in a shiny new package. It’s location and the design and floor plan is equally beautiful. There is a patio with large umbrellas and a 2 dining room one of which is a fully sheltered with a roll-up wall to open it to the outside. The food is great with their classic gigantic portions. Outstanding! *They have new stools outside that are much more stable that the ones in my pictures.

SLOOOOOW… Ordered online and says ready in 30 minutes, 50 minutes later, still have to wait for my sandwich. ♀️ ♀️ Also, the staff isn’t welcoming you’d think you get a better service paying $20 for a sandwich. I don’t write reviews much but this place deserves one.

You can’t throw a hard salami in this town without hitting a sandwich shop. Lots of new ones popping up. Some pretty good ones. BUT… Beach Hut is by far the best, hands down. Yes, a little pricey. But the sandwiches are HUGE. So packed with meat and veggies you cannot close them when you eat. Lots of choices too. That alone is the reason I keep coming back. Add to that the relaxing beach/reggae/summer themed decor and music. All it needs is sand on the floor.

Terrible customer service… very low when it comes to interacting with customers, service and prep with to go meals. They need a manager who is present and not only available by phone who does not respond. Food that was prepared to go had a lid not put on correctly and it spilt all over food, bag, and car. Food was not edible, servers called, manager could not be bothered and $50 later unhappy customer 🙁

Good sandwiches but, very, slow. No one in their moves with any sense of urgency. Come here when you have a spare hour to wait for a sandwhich. Called in an order at 2:11pm; they said it’d take 20-25 minutes for two sandwiches. Arrived at the 30 minute mark to pick up, took another 15 minutes before we got our order. There were 3 people in line at that time. I’m not sandwich expert but I can cook tri-tip faster than they make a turkey sandwich.

Ive never eaten at this location yet but have eaten at the sister shop in folsom all i can tell you they are HUGE SANDWICHES AND ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY FOR IT . WHEN I GO VISIT FAMILY SOMETIMES ON THE WAY HOME I WOULD STOP A GET ME ONE . NOW I FOUND OUT THIS ONE IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER CANT WAIT TO GET PAID AND TRY THEM OUT YUMMY
