It is absolutely ridiculous that a order was placed with very CLEAR directions and the staff still managed to go out of their way to mess it up completely. The manager was very understanding and apologized. She even offered to fix the order. I need the staff to not be ignorant in comprehension and have a terrible attitude when serving customers whom are trying to spend money at the establishment. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Ill save myself the headache and go further out to a different location going forward.

I did not understand where to order. They did not get my large fries right. After I ordered, I talked to the manager, and she was also rude. They are never open until midnight. The server always tells people that the systems are down when she’s outside smoking during her shift. She’s out there for hours. Never go during dinner. Lunch is OK but really busy.

This establishment had zero customers, yet four employees ( one eating a bag of chips on the front line) and no one could greet me ..other than to tell me “you can’t have that dog in here” Really? A Registered Service Animal isn’t allowed in Burger King… So I kindly ask if someone could take my order.. two employees turnt their backs ,and one continued staring at me while eating her chips. Mind you these employees were all grown adults older than myself . Maybe Burger King should have invested some time and money training their employees on customer service as well as What it will cost this business for denying Me service because of my Service Animal.
