I was very excited to visit this Cousins because it’s been years since I had a sub from any Cousins. The food was on point! Just like the ones in Milwaukee. Surprisingly the place was dead as a door knob. I was the only customer there two days in a row when I went.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant was very clean and modern. Sandwich chips and a drink cost about $12. The only reason for four stars is the club sandwich on whole grrain was just okay. It did not have a ton of flavor.

The sandwiches are very good but the guy who I believe is the owner because he’s always the only guy that’s there is very rude and the mac & cheese is always cold and sometimes when you come here he tells you that it’s going to take 20 minutes when it’s a fast food restaurant and fast food doesn’t take 20 minutes I have been to the one I think in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and that one is much better and there’s sandwiches at that one is fresher

Ordered 2 ham subs. Bread was wrong on one, and old and hard. Cheesecurds were burnt. Not a lot of ham either. I’ll stick with jersey mikes, they’re always good and fresh.

Food was nothing special and service was even worse. Came in on a Saturday at lunch, and even though we were the only customers in there, we were not treated with any value. They took good care of the 3 online pickup drivers. Don’t come here in-person.
