Food was pretty good. Love the bread sticks. The cheesy bread and pizza was a tad bit greasy but still good. Make sure you get a dipping sauce for the crust! Service was pretty good too. Will be going back soon!

I dont know what I just paid $40 for. My delivery driver in the red truck couldnt even be bothered to get out of his truck and hand me my pizza. He had me come to him and open his door? All while leaving my kids across the street because hes lazy?

Wait 45 mins driver showed then left after I talked to him for 5 mins over the phone letting him know I was on my way down. Then after he left I called the store to have my order remade. They said it would take another hour and thirty mins. Two hours went by and no one showed. I called them back and they said the need a card payment… I won’t be buying any Vinny’s pizza for a while

Pizza was delivered in about 35 minutes. The bread sticks were delicious, the pizza was delicious as well. Only thing they forgot was plates and napkins which we didnt have, but we survive without.

So I love the discounts on the family pizza packages offered on Groupon. Definitely a great value. Imagine the disappointment on my sons face when he saw this pizza. He doesn’t eat pork, so I ordered him a beef pizza. Our pepperoni pizza was covered in pepperoni! This was more like a cheese pizza that they tossed a few pieces of beef on.

So, Jennifer really really is the best!!!! Basically, There was a mishap in ordering, and she was like “honey, I’ll remake it and send it out if you want” like this is real customer service I would expect from my cousin… the pizza was good, the steak hoagie was exactly what it should’ve been with a splash of spice from the jalapeno… really solid meal for 2 or 3 and I spent 35 bucks… the drivers do not carry change is the only star loss….

In detail of my experience it was absolutely poor the food was disgusting. my tomatoes were absolutely fermented, and how to be a lease a couple days old from the taste. my bread-sticks was misshapen, and I did not even receive my cheese sauce that I paid extra for. I contacted the manager and went up to the store personally and he said he knew what he was serving but could not stop because of mass production. I proceeded to call corporate office but I have yet to get a response, however the manager did say he could give me a food credit, but I rather just have a full refund, and rather not be a customer any longer. but the best part about my whole experience was when I go to the store to talk to the manager about the disgusting meal I received I found out he was scheduled for 8 and he did not arrive until 9: 30 and also had a styrofoam cup full of Hennessy. I am absolutely displeased in this company and I will not be advising anybody to ever shop there again. Concluding with a handshake and Immunity went home to wash my hands to get rid of the Hennessey smell. Let’s just say they lost a dedicated customer
