My order was missing a burger when we got to the 2nd window the guy corrected the girl that took the order then upon receiving my bag at drive thru got home and there’s no jalapeño poppers! C’mon guys! You guys already barely have customers and you guys mess up like this?

No wonder its empty. Although I had good service. They were flojos enough to cook my zucchini well done. Their menu is plain as paper. They don’t listen and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Just close the business at this location, you won’t be missed.

I went in tonight 6/5/23 a little after 9 pm. The doors were locked and the sign says open till 10 pm. I was told that sign was for a long time ago, for which I responded, the sign is up currently. Still wasn’t going in according to the manager I requested to speak with. The only concession was I was able to use the restroom. Screw this place. McDonald’s doesn’t close their lobby early. Screw C. Jr’s at this location. I won’t eat here in any foreseeable future. Thank you McDonald’s.

Armando Marin was super helpful and really nice, he was supposed to be on his 30 min lunch break and he decided to take my order with no further questions asked. Went to dine in and i have the mobile app and i was trying to order thru the app and the ladies working told me they dont use the app there and they dont know how to use it. Not really a big deal but i feel like the manager should atleast know about the app and she seemed kind of rude about it too when i asked if they used it.
