So i made an order for 2 pizzas. The order was placed, and I was told at or around 9:34 pm to 9:45 pm was then sent to the tracker around 9:26 pm it was just being made. I live near this location, so i drove to it time came never got notified pulled up & asked she gave me the pizzas & they were not even warm they Even looked rushed & dry i asked for light souce & pineapple with bacon i probably got 6 pices of bacon but i guess they just didn’t place them in the warmers. Bad experience, they didn’t cut them right, never ordering from here again

I left the location about 10 minutes ago. I ordered through the drive-thru, I asked for Extra Most Bestest (1), Pepperoni Jalapeño (1), Three Meat Treat (1), Buffalo wings (2), Garlic wings (1), Crazy Bread (1). I repeated my order 3 times to person because he seemed to not get it right whatsoever. When it was moment to pay I corrected him once again, I got handed my order and left. I was somewhat in a hurry so I rushed home, I then realized he gave me all 3 pepperoni pizzas, but all are “regular”, and he did charge them as extra most bestest. Extremely bad customer service.

Before the last manager left would always get a good pizza. Now that German the general manager took over it is a mess. He is nice though but pizza and service terrible. Last time waited almost an hour for an online order. Today placed an online order just a simple pepperoni pizza. He gives me an old bestest pizza. I order online to get a fresh pizza not an old pizza that’s already there. Will not go back or recommend I am done with this place. So disappointed I know he trying to work on his food cost or whatever but I want a fresh pizza that’s why I use the app. Pizza tastes was not good at all $10 dollars down the drain.

Ordered 2 hot and readied. They charged for the extra most bestest pepperoni. Recieved pizzas. One was not even cut. Called store was told they DO NOT do the hit and ready only the extra most bestest. I ordered just regular hot and readied because the extra is TOO much pepperoni. Not worth the time to visit. Go to a different location and recieve better service AND the right order. Staff is rude and lied. Hot and readies are still available…just not here apparently.
