This looks like a newer Arby’s dining room. It was fresh and updated. The table we sat at in back was dirty. The dining room had few people, perhaps 6. I would expect it to be easy to keep up with clean tables.

Usually when somebody orders an item that you no longer have, the wagyu burger. It would probably make sense to tell them before they wait in the line and get to your window. But from my understanding that’s typical of North Platte fast food.

This has the RUDEST employees ever!!! I went through the drive thru and the lady on the other end kept repeating “go ahead and order when your ready” and than I was trying to explain the menu to my passenger and they kept interrupting when I kept saying just a minute. So I told her to wait and hush. Than we got to the window and the lady ripped my cars out of my hand and slammed the window shut. Than she practically threw my card, drink and food at me and slammed the window again. I will NEVER , EVER take my business to this place….. I suggest everybody boycott this restaurant. I also forgot to mention my order was completely incorrect. In my opinion they did it on purpose!

Manager tried to tell me that two for four dollars was a better deal than two for $1.89 each and then he said they were going to charge me tax on that. Not sure what kind of federal tax scam they’re trying to pull but I won’t be going back there.

Lately they’ve had poor quality food, many wrong or missing items, and untrained staff. They charged me for an extra fry I didn’t order and then couldn’t refund me because they didn’t have a manager. This was my fourth bad experience in a row. I used to come without any of these challenges on the regular. Hopefully they can fix their staffing or training issues.

Arby’s needs a new building very run down and dirty looking. Bathrooms (womens) was very old, filthy and needs updated. Angela ( Asst. Mgr I believe) was very friendly, greeted and smiled at everyone the other lady working the counter not so much, not friendly at all.

Ordered a gyro, it was awful,only 3 small pieces of meat on it ,no sauce & was cold .The French fry container was only half full.When I called to complain to the manager she said she would talk to the staff about it and hung up the phone !!
