This place is the worse! Poor customer service especially from management! I ordered a pizza for delivery. I was told 45 minutes. 2 hours later after calling multiple times they tell me the driver is finally here instead he’s not he’s on another street! Finally order gets here and it’s WRONG! So I speak with the manager and tell him the person that took my order wrote it wrong , wrote the wrong address and that it was poor time management! If I pay $6 for a delivery fee my food should be on time or close to it! I request a refund after going back and forth the manager finally agrees he tells me call back and I will take care of you on your next order as well! I call to order again saying I’ll give them a second chance the manager offers to take $3 off of my $31 order! What a joke! Would not recommend! They do not know the first thing about customer service!

Ive been coming here for 4 years. Today I had the worse experience. I walked in and was ignored by the cashier. I had to ask her could I pay for my food. Any other time I would have just took my business elsewhere but my daughter was hungry. I ordered 10pc chicken wings and was charged $17. I asked the woman behind the register if the price went up because is doesn’t show on the menue and she said, “Yes. Everything went up.” As she was ringing it up she seemed irritated because I told her they need to update their menu. So after I left, I had my friend who speaks Spanish call and ask the man who was taking orders, how much it was for 10pc chicken wings an he told her $10.50. Then when I went back to get my difference. The man said it was $18(now $18) because of the French fries that came with the wings. Im shocked! Now fries cost $7.50?!?!? Apparently you get a different(higher)price if you don’t speak Spanish

Got food here for the first time yesterday. Food was amazing especially the buffalo chicken pizza. Wings were also amazing and was surprised of their quality. Staff was very generous and helpfull. Place looked very clean. Stop by you won’t be disappointed.

Everything has been awesome except 1 thing. I stopped by on Wednesday, Feb 27th. Ordered a half chicken with rice & beans for My Mom. Awesome once again. For Myself, I ordered an Italian sub. My 1st complaint. Bread was very thick. Not enough cold cuts to compensate. All I tasted was bread with every bite. Too dry because the bread was too thick. I even poured extra virgin olive oil on it to make it less dry. Other than that, every delivery of cheese steak, pizza, calzones have been awesome.

I’ve known Louie the owner since before he opened Champions, my brother used to work with him at another restaurant and he always made awesome food that my brother would bring home for me. Champions has great food, big portions, and very reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone I know
