A very unique twist on Quesadillas. We are on a road trip from LA to Seattle and wanted to try something different and this place didn’t disappoint! They were beyond delicious. We had the Sith-Lord and Emperor Quesadillas. If we ever come around to Salem again, this will be a must stop.

The best quesadilla place you’ll ever visit. Creative new options added all the time and their pulled pork ‘dilla is so good it sometimes sells out before i get there! Today i got the Ranch Hand (pic 1) and my wife got the Sith Lord (pic 2). There were no leftovers

I went to the West Salem location and had a wonderful time. I got a full sized Horcrux. As someone who moved to Salem from the south and being raised in NC I find it incredibly difficult to find good, authentic BBQ the Carolina way. When I say that this is the closest I have found in two years to that vinegar delicious goodness I am not joking. The pork is sent literally from the heavens as if the Quesadilla Wizards summoned it from thin air. If you need to get your quesadilla fix, let these wizards do their magic.

I have been going to get dilla’s since they were at their old park in South Salem! They are always coming out with new recipes and have done an amazing job at making something unique and that you can’t find anywhere else. Service is always amazing and they are a wonderful couple who built this from the ground up. Check them out in West Salem! You won’t be disappointed 😉

All of the quesadillas I have tried have been amazing, huge, and delicious. I love the Ranch Hand. I also like the Horcrux and the Sith Lord. They are a fantastic value and if you can’t eat the whole thing, it reheats well later. They recently reopened at Checkpoint 221 in West Salem, and I’m so glad because they’re one of the best carts in Salem!
