Second time this has happened!! Ordered 2 pizza melts. Both arrived with only some unmelted cheese inside! And no dipping sauces. They are supposed to come with 1 dipping sauce each. I paid for 2 extra. The first time that it happened…. I called the establishment… they blew me off!! So glad that DoorDash refunded my money!! When they get the order correct…. The melts are amazing!!

New Yorker was very good. My order was accurate. This is saying a lot with service nowadays. 50% of the time and I’m not exaggerating, the order is wrong from a restaurant or fast food service. But Pizza Hut did do very good the young man was very good with customer service who waited on me. The order was ready when I arrived.

Ordered my pizza online. Supposedly it was done (according to the app and the screen in the store) when i arrived. When i told the lady at the counter that i was there for a carryout and told her my name she said my pizza was still in the oven and it would be just a few minutes. 45 minutes later i finally got my pizza. I love being lied to. I won’t be going back.
