Usually I have a good experience with this restaurant. Today was different. The service was good. However, serving raw chicken to customers is not so good. I’m not very excited to eat at a wing stop again. I would definitely not recommend the chicken sandwich to anyone.

Did a walk in visit. Dining area was hot, messy the pop machine was covered in a layer of old pop hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Along with that area floor being incredibly sticky.

Ordered on the phone. Was placing 5 separate orders so I could eat at home and take some to my parents. Apparently ordering separate orders of 5 wings per order cannot be done if any of the flavors are the same because ALL wings of the same flavor go into ONE container.

I have never once had fries from this location that have been completely cooked. This was likely my last time at Wingstop, or at the very least this location. If items food cannot be brought to safe temperatures it shouldn’t be servered. Thought it might have just been busy the past few times but from other reviews I can see it’s actually just the same old problems again and again. is it corporate or a franchisee that needs to give this store some TLC?

Disappointed and sad about this location…small wings now, told us 40 min but it took over an hour, sealed up the bag so we didn’t catch that we were missing blue cheese until we got home, kitchen, counter and even the windows are dirty – like they don’t ever get cleaned properly. There were only 3-4 employees on a Saturday nightI – seems like they need help. Lots of other orders went out while I waited in store for 25-30 min more than the 40 min I was told. No dine in customers at all any more…t’s gradually been going downhill, so won’t be ordering from this location again…

This is lemon pepper wings from wing stop tonight I watch the guy in the store take the container pour out a huge stream of grease down the drain on the floor in the kitchen. I was really hoping it wasn’t mine. All to come home and see this now the wings aren’t crisp because the ones on the bottom were sitting in this. The lady at wing stop says this is lemon sauce not grease and there was nothing she could do. Well $40 in trash since I can’t even return them. Didn’t realize a “dry rub” had a sauce.

This place desperately needs some screens for the front entrance windows. We dined in and the A/C could not keep up with the heat and everyone walking in and out. We ended up taking the food to go because the dining room was so hot.

Ordered 5 0rders of 5 wings. Was charged for someone else’s order. Told I would get my money back on Monday 29.40 then charged 30.43 for 5 orders only rcvd 4. Never was told sorry. Was told by the 18 year old manager that if I had a co.plaint to call corporate.
