I ordered a New York style pizza and received a pizza with fluffy crust. I had ordered delivery, no issue there. I called into the store and spoke with the only person working at the time. I explained that the pizza was not what ordered and was told that the order was correct. The employee did not offer to remake the pizza I received, he continually talked rudely and aggressively over me and then told me if I wanted a different pizza that I would have to bring it back, which I did. I asked for his name, the managers name and he said that he didn’t have to tell me that. I then asked for corporates number and he told me he didn’t have to provide me that information either.

We spent $15 on chicken tenders and received pieces of batter no bigger than a finger tip, with virtually no chicken. We will not be returning, even though we have been loyal customers for many years.

I saw one person making all the pizza and asked her if there is any other people working in this busy season? she said working all by herself. and i saw the message from owner on the site, secret to success is the recipe bla bla,, That secret recipe come from headquarter office, not you and you job is to ensure that providing all tools, workers and workable environments.

We ordered from this place multiple times and had no issues this is the first time we order delivery and let’s just say it was a not so good experience- we let a detailed note for the driver and I even went downstairs to wait for the driver nothing- stood there for awhile called multiple times to just found out they canceled it wouldn’t even let us go ahead and pick up mind you we live like two minutes- horrible experience do better guys. Mind you we didn’t wait like 20 minutes to call it was atleast 10 or less, I rarely leave reviews but this just left me and my family hungry and disappointed.

Ordered a pizza at 11:00 AM. Website quoted 25-35 mins. Over an hour later I called to inquire and they told me they “had big orders that had to go out in front of mine” and that it would be there in 15 mins “or so.” I said that was a really long time to wait for pizza, and that I had to leave my house shortly. The person got nasty and told me “if you needed your pizza at a certain time, maybe you should have planned better.” At that point I provided him some choice language and he hung up and cancelled my order. This wasn’t the first time I have waited an extremely long time for a pizza and then called to be told a larger order was a bigger priority. While it wasn’t the first time, it was the last. I ordered Domino’s and it arrived in 20 minutes. If you want cheap mass produced pizza, try Domino’s or Little Caesar’s for a much better experience.

Joke of a place. Do not order delivery later than 11pm. Placed an order and was promised a delivery within 30 minutes and food was never delivered. Could have gotten a call at least to be let known that order will not be completed.
