I see the average rating for this store is 2.7 out of 5. My experience with them is more of a 1 out of 5. That is only because I can’t give them a zero. We live very close and generally like Pizza Hut Pizza. However this location is horrible. Sometimes the pizza is raw, sometimes it’s burnt. The wings r usually burnt. They will not send sauces with the order even though we paid for them. I have it delivered then I still have to go to the store to pick up sauces. I went to pick up my order which shows I ordered take out and they argued with me that I had requested it delivered. They burnt my wings and said I would get a credit but when I tried to get the replacement order they refused to honor it even though they said they would. I love Pizza Hut but I hate the employees they have there now. Extremely rude and unaccountable for their bad service. I will drive twice as far in the future to get better service. Hope they go out of business soon.

We’ve ordered from this locale several times in the last three months. Pizza is my husband’s love language and admittedly, they have done a stellar job. It’s been timely and delicious. I’m not a huge pizza person but I will eat this pizza. The owner/franchisee (I’m assuming) delivered our last order and was so kind. Maybe they’ve turned it around after viewing other posts, we’ve been very happy and satisfied.

We ordered a 2 large pan pizzas (pepperoni and meat lovers) and some breadsticks…. Our order was placed at 6:30 pm and we didn’t get our pizza till 8:05 pm and the order was totally wrong, we got two COLD medium pepperoni hand toast pizzas and the sticks had no seasoning or the marinara sauce, they were cold, dry and old ….. I tried to call the store multiple times and they keep hanging up on me… just no nice !!

What is going on at this place? Every time we have ordered in recent months something is wrong with the order. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza, but for some reason they left off the sauce, bbq, and the bacon. usually an extra container of bbq in the box, not the first time I have ordered it. I don’t understand why you make a pizza and don’t follow directions, your company’s directions on how to make a pizza. I also paid for garlic sauce which was not delivered.

I was wow’d by the pizza I got – in a bad way. The pizza had a hole in the middle of it, was not even & was very dry. I highly recommend you do NOT go to this place. Will be sticking to Domino’s from now on. This place is an embarrassment to carry-out pizza on any standard.

What a garbage store. I ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours for it to not show up, and then I called to complain, and they just say sorry and I said will I be refunded and they said oh you want a refund as if they where surprised I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t get, A few days later I decided to give them another chance and I order a large pizza with mushrooms jalapeños and tomatoes but what I received was a medium pizza covered in onions and had a few tomatoes and jalapeños on it.

Unbelievable – Delivery never showed up. I ordered online before 8pm on a Friday and waited over an hour before we started calling. No calls were answered so we drove over to the store and they had closed HOURS before their posted close time. Saw an employee leaving and when questioned, they said they didn’t get any orders and rushed to their car. They had already charged our card. Called corporate and now have to wait until mid-next week to hopefully get a refund. Don’t order from this location.

I placed an order in December, and everything was wrong! I spent nearly $100 and can never get ahold of them to try to fix it. I ended up calling a customer service hotline and was assured that I could get a full refund. After calling 6 times in 4 months, I never received it. I even tried to just get them to remake the order at a later date and nothing. It’s been about 4 months, and I’ve given up on my refund. I used to spend a lot of money at this store and would’ve let it go if they hadn’t messed up many orders before this. The pizzas they sent weren’t edible for my family. It was just one big waste of money.
