Ordered the New Big New Yorker. Cost me $23 for it and it came cold, way over cooked, the crust was very hard and so was the over cooked cheese. No sauce and the mushrooms were just tossed on top and did not even seem to have actually cooked on the pizza. My kid usually can devour an entire pizza and only ate 3 slices it was that bad. Total rip off.

This pizza hut is clean & not too hectic. The app works quite well. The time sequences are very much on time. You get your pie(s) hot with no fanfare. In & out in no time, if picking up. There may be pan handlers so take care coming & going.

Ordered a pizza which was delicious!! They were a little busy at the moment so I didn’t expect it to be ready right away. However, I noticed the “manager” Yosibil being rude to his employees. If you support managers being rude and talking to the ones making your pizza like they’re incompetent, come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I will be reporting him to corporate.

Lousy experience and pizza was rushed and burnt. My delivery driver almost left with my Pizza after asking for a pen?? To sign my receipt. You didn’t come prepared. And when I signed it she almost leaves with my Pizza. I had to literally remind her that I had yet to receive it. And then I ordered a drink and then didn’t receive it. The process for a refund was long and I truly hope I receive it.

I ordered my pizza at 7:34. I was informed that my deliver would take no longer than 35 mins. After the 35 mins I proceeded to call the store in which I did not get an answer. It’s not 9:20 and I’ve finally Recieved a text message alert that my food was out for delivery. I then called the store and low and behold someone answered the phone which so happened was the “manager” by the name of Neferine. Neferine was very rude and disrespectful. She didn’t show any empathy as to what I was speaking on. She over talked me as I was explaining the situation. Neferine said “well your pizza is out for delivery” . I then proceeded to ask her if I would recieve some sort of compensation. She told me she would compensate me $5 funky dollars for waiting 1 1/2 hours. I’ve informed Ms. manager Neferine that she’d needed to re-evaluate her customer service/managerial skills and she laughed and told me “since you don’t want the pizza anymore, I’m gonna hang up now. I told you we only have 1 driver ma’am.
