When it’s good, it’s really good, and when it’s not, it’s REALLY not. Every once in a while you just crave it, and the burgers are awesome and the fries are so fresh and yummy. We’ve been to this location many times since it originally opened, but over the last year the quality and consistency had taken quite a hit. Two visits ago, I experienced the saltiest fries I have ever seen in my life. They were entirely inedible. And a large fry is around $8… but pretend you’re walking on the beach holding your fries and they fall right in the sand. There was a thick coating along every surface and so much salt in the bottom of the bag it got on everything. You really have to put some effort in to ruin them that bad, but the burgers were good that time. This week the fries had absolutely zero salt which was also not great. I would have definitely salted them but did not have any where we went to eat our carry out order. Burgers were super soggy even though they were consumed about 5 minutes after we picked them up. The service is still reasonable for a cook-to-order fast food place, and this location is in a nice area. The 3 star rating is because of many good experiences here before, and I’m really hoping they can work out the kinks because inconsistency can be fixed but it’s on the verge of consistently bad.

Had a burgerand fries delivered to hotel. First the paper bag broke and all the fries went on the floor the ones i saved taste old. The burger didnt taste right i will never recommend this place thats why people buy McDonalds at least you get decent food. This is the next day the burger gave me the runs. I knew something was off. If you care about you health don’t eat here. The delivery partner has nothing to do qith the quality of the food.

Food taste great besides bread not fresh and burger was not prepared well enough to take a picture. On the messy side. I started to give it back but from what I’ve heard about returning food I didn’t. Service at counter friendly others I question. Fries were great and plenty for a small the first time I went. 2nd time ordered a large, I wasn’t happy! Not enough for 2 people and it should had been. Tables needed to be wiped off as well. TY!

Ok, this isn’t “health food”, and you shouldn’t eat it all the time. For me it averages out to once every two months or so – basically when I’m home alone and my better half is enjoying some time away from me on a Girl Trip.

Burgers were great as always! The portion sizes on the fries have been a lot smaller lately at this location. A regular fry used to easily be able to serve 3 people, now it isn’t even enough for 2 people.
