Hope they get better. Love Arby’s. Worst one I’ve ever been too, but they are new and short handed. That aside, you don’t make sandwiches for every order on the board and let them get cold while people wait around for a half hour. They politely refunded me after waiting for 20 minutes and deciding I didn’t want to watch them making sandwiches on dirty tables while 25 people sat in the drive through and in the store waiting on food.

Everything was really nice. Dianne at the register was a sweetheart. Got our order quickly. The food was good and the place was nice and clean, but it was very warm in there. This was my second time going there and both times felt like it was 77°.

Ridiculous staffing – at noon on a Thursday – 1 person working counter – plus serving -stood in line for several minutes and left – gave my money to Taco Bell. Line of cars at drive through – line of people inside – not enough staff for both – seem to more attentive to drive through

Why does it even surprise me that I have to complain about the manager in charge of hiring and training doesn’t know how to hire applicable workers and train them to double check orders so there’s nothing missing. That I paid for. And won’t get a refund for. Bet someone in there already stealing food that was “forgotten” in a drive thru order.
