This place is fantastic! The food is delicious and I think I like it better than Chick-fil-a now. they have plentiful dipping sauce options for their tenders and the sandwiches taste great as well. Lack of dipping sauce options is why I don’t care for Raising Cane’s. Zaxby’s does it right. They messed up part of our take-out order but insisted on replacing the entire thing when we went back to tell them. That’s excellent customer service. We live in NV but will stop here any time we pass through town, which is frequently since our kids live in UT. PLEASE open some locations in Las Vegas ASAP!!

Came here on a recommendation, seemed interesting inside, funny posters and company lingo on signs around the interior. Food, pretty standard for a chicken restaurant- Wings/fingers and all the related derivatives. The sauces, a little confusing- most places that offer a variety of sauces, usually provide a description of said sauces, and their varying degrees of heat, but not in this case, so I was relegated to choose from their list, I chose Tongue Torch, which I assumed to be hot.

I ordered online last night. I got there and picked up my food and got it home in a timely manner. Nothing I ordered was hot everything was room temperature. No greeting when I came into pick up. Would be nice to get fresh food its good stuff when it is. Very disappointing to get food that tastes like it’s been sitting around.

Chicken was freshly cooked, fries is a bit cold. Only thing I was very disappointed is when they didn’t say that their carbonated soda machine are not working and just the juice ones are available. Found out after I sat down and about to grab drinks.

If you like luke warm food, dirty tables and a staff with attitude, this is your place! Talking low and fast must a favorite game for staff to play on customers while taking an order. $36 down the drain. I hope a Raising Cane’s comes to Cedar soon.

I think the service is great. They are fast and friendly. I had a salad previously but they were out of the one I wanted so I got a different one. The salad was alright but not great. This past time I went I got a kickin’ chicken sandwich. I was not impressed at all. I would have rather had chicken strips and toast. I have been both inside and through the drive through. The employees are very friendly but the food is not fabulous.

I’ve heard amazing things about this place and heard they had fried pickles so it sold me. Me and my bf walked in and immediately the woman cashier was pretty rude asked if I was ready I said I hadn’t been there before and she rolled her eyes. Whatever. A male cashier that appears to be a manager comes up and seems to be nicer we get loaded fries and a chicken basket with fried pickles. Bruhhhhh we got fries with a few pieces of chicken on it. Nothing was “loaded” lol won’t be going there again. Expensive and you don’t get what you pay for if knew how to post a pic I would.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Cedar City Location (again). The “zalads” were mostly composed of wilted, unappealing ingredients and the black lettuce was a strange and unappealing addition. I would suggest that the restaurant focuses on using fresher, more appealing ingredients in their salads. Overall, I would not recommend the “zalads” at this restaurant.
