We ordered a pizza at 6:59 PM. After waiting for an hour and a half for the pizza that had not arrived, I called and spoke to Alex. Alex said it was minutes away. Another 30 minutes went by. I called again and spoke to Alex. He said he was going to call the driver and get back to me. Then another 15 minutes went by and I called again and he told me that he could not get a hold of the driver and that he had to go. This was an extremely frustrating situation, I will never order from this business again.

We ordered a medium pizza with double cheese and bacon. We couldn’t believe what we got. It was a Tom Thumb pizza. Each slice was shorter than a fork with an uneatable crust about 3″ long. A 4 cut pizza cut twice. Good taste but I expect much better for $15 and a tip.

They always have great pizza and pick up time was 15 minutes! An hour away from Sunday night football and they were still quick. I had a coupon that wasn’t downloaded to my phone, as it should’ve been, but they still validated it. I haven’t been to vocelli’s in a long time but the people are always very friendly! It’s a great pizza place with good food.

I’m so upset, I only went back because my kids wanted pizza fast. The pizza was the wrong order, wrong size pizza. I really wanted it to be good but, it’s difficult give them a 3rd chance. I gave 2 stars because it was done quickly, wrong but fast I guess you get it right 50% of the time.
