I ordered a pizza today and the general mgr. Took my order He was pleasant to talk to. There were a few things I ask for they didn’t do in the size and configuration but he aimed to please. And that he did..the pizza was delivered at the time he said it would be. The driver was also very professional and kind. The pizza was one of the best I ever had. Great job papa John’s I do recomend and will be eating pizza from this location many times in the future. ..

Papa John’s pizza is papa John’s pizza no matter where you go. But this particular store corrects any issues if they make a mistake. The other day I ask for a square slice instead of regular slices. They ended up giving me regular slices, so to make it up they gave Some condiments are offered to make my pizza again. There’s so much value in trying to make it right, it’s something seen in a lot of restaurants these days

I order a cheese pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived at time they said it will be deliver, but the pizza was old. It look like a pizza that made earlier and they heated up hours later and send it to us. When I call the manager he said that it a little longer to get it deliver. But I am sorry the cheese was dry not melting like it should be. When you order don’t give the tip in advance and check your pizza before the driver leaves. Domino don’t deliver to us anymore because they say we are to far, but there pizza always arrive nice and hot with the cheese melting.

I ordered 2 large pies for delivery that some how got kicked out of there system. I was waiting a total of 2hrs including trying to talk with someone by phone. I ended up getting into my car and driving to the location even though I ordered delivery. Long story short, Will the store manager hooked me up with a free order and another set of large pies for free as well whenever I choose to cash in on the promise. Great job will for not taking it personal when I was heated and going the extra mile with free pizzas!!!
