Waited 30 minutes for simple breakfast….they lost my ticket….this is the second time I have waited way too long for my food. All I got was a sorry….no offer to discount for the inconvenience. Acted like this is normal and I shouldn’t be upset about waiting 30 minutes to get my food. I will not be going back. It’s a shame cuz I like their breakfast and the atmosphere. But I cannot afford to take an hour for breakfast or lunch.
