This place was great! I’m really surprised it was so dead inside. I had the egg rolls to start. They were quite good. And the hot chili oil they had sitting out on the table was some of the best, and hottest I’ve had. Really great to find a place that has great hot chili oil. Had the Hmong bitter soup, and it was amazing. I’d highly recommend. A little bit spicy, had tons of meat and amazing tender tripe. Very herby with a good kick of ginger and lemongrass. Service was good, prices very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Great selection.

Great place for some Thai, Lao and Vietnamese food with more options on Lao cuisine. We had coconut noodle, Thai fried flat noodles, pho and loved them all. The papaya salad was too spicy for medium level but they did warn us. Good portion and reasonably priced. Parking spaces available next to the restaurant and you can enjoy the view of the capitol building from the window.

We waited 20 mins to be seated and over an hr for 2 bowls of pho. They left half the tables trashed from previous customers that’s why there was a wait. I mean perception is everything and if they cannot clean tables fast to seat customers, bring out food fast enough and not brining out orders when it’s not even packed then they shouldn’t be in business. FYI I have never been to a pho restaurant where they purposely water down Hoisin and Sriracha sauce. SMH… I will not be coming back here ever again.

Their Khao Piak noodle soup is on point. With extra slices of meat balls in it, it just hit the spot. Their service is excellent as well. Their server comes around refilling your cup of water often. I like that. A+ to their servers and their kitchen staff for such a outstanding food. Keep up the good work.

All the food I had was great. But the server could have been a bit more hospitable. Seamed like he didn’t want to be there. But the food was good. And bubble tea was good as well.

We did take out and personally I felt like the proportion was really little. Not a lot of basil pad ka pao and barely any Papaya salad since they added the half noodles (which was not requested). Overall taste was good but nothing special. Everything cost roughly $60

A family owned and operated restaurant. You’ll get traditional Thai & Laos food here. Services are a bit slower for the Friday i was there. I like the Lao style papaya salad. Always great to see friends and families here with

We had coconut soup, bok choi stir fry, Thai sausages, and coconut and mango boba tea. Everything was absolutely delicious, and it was way too much food for two people, so we had to take some home. This restaurant is conveniently close to the Capitol, too!

I’ve been to King thai twice, and it’s always a disappointment because I’m always finding hairs on my food, but I never let them know since I’m not a person who likes to confront others. Also my husband got sick after eating the pad thai. Sadly, it will be our last time eating here since I don’t want any more hairs on my food nor food poisoning. (Order pho)
