When they first opened it was great! Quickly became my favorite sandwich shop, I don’t know if they changed ownership but recently it’s been really bad, the quality of produce if on par with subway and they changed to black olives like no one would notice. The last two time I went they were missing items on my both sandwiches made, that’s 4 sandwiches usually missing 2 or 3 items. I ordered Mack and cheese and what I got in my cup was a brown amalgamation of pasta. These corporations need to really vet who they let franchise some countries don’t have the standards of the USA.

Roast beef sandwich was good, roast beef was tender and juicy, bread was probably the best part, it has a nice warm crunchy outer shell and the inside is nice and soft and not dry. The clam chowder is ehh, not much flavor, texture not great, potatoes not cooked fully, have had better clam chowder from a can. Overall, gave 3 instead of 4 stars because of the massive price tag. The sandwich was good, but $15.99 for a 6″ sandwich is crazy. I live in Stockton, not New York city yo. The clam chowder was definitely not worth $10.99 for a small cup. If I win the lotto I would go back, otherwise this place is WAAYY out of my price range for what you get. Had a coupon, that is only reason I went.

Literally the slowest experience having a sandwich made that I have ever experienced. They weren’t very busy. The man taking our order seemed high. There were multiple people making sandwiches. We waited for over 40 minutes for 2 turkey sandwiches, and were told twice that they were almost ready. Then when the people that came in 20 min after us got theirs, I finally asked for a refund. At least we got our money back, but over 40 minutes wasted and we are still hungry.

With a diverse menu and it seems to be expanding, you’ll have a tough time choosing between your old favourites and attempting to try something new. Signature sandwiches are always loaded, you’ll never feel as if you’ve been cheated out of a decent meal. Great location!
