So far, all the food we have had at Life & Time has been great. It is nice to have a “fresh” fast food option. The service is straightforward like a fast food joint, which kinda of feels weird. The atmosphere while well lit with natural light complimented with white and bright green paint all wrapped in wood and steel making for a hybrid organic feel in what is essentialy a fast food joint but better! We really like the spicy Chicken Sandwich, our picky daughter even finds things to eat and our boy will eat anything on the menu so there is a great range of options to feed everyone and feel good doing it!

I don’t know about fast food. Generally, there is a bit of a wait for my order. That said, the food is an incredible value. It’s really good quality for the cost. I really love their power bowls for breakfast and their burgers for lunch.

We love this place! Only reason for 4 stars is when we order bowls at the East side location, one time there will be approximately one measuring cup of food and the next time it will be a full meal size. It’s kind of frustrating, but the food is amazing and the gluten free options are great. As a celiac I really appreciate this ‘faster’ food restaurant.

Great customer service every time we go, really like the bowls and salads. DID YOU KNOW THEY DEEP FRY THEIR GRILLED CHICKEN?!?!?! GUESS WE WONT BE GETTING GRILLED CHICKEN ANYMORE. Watched them deep fry my “grilled” chicken today, very very disappointed. We will be back but definitely not spending extra money for deep fried chicken when we came for grilled chicken.
