I cannot believe the foolishness I received from BK this evening! First I must admit, the lady in the drive thru was nice and kind. She told me before I ordered that they were out of Whoppers. How can Burger King be out of Whoppers? And fries? Yes I understand they were closing soon, but it’s fast food-not home cooking. And when did they change their hours? Change the sign! Cover up the 24 hours since YOU NO LONGER STAY OPEN 24 HOURS! Thanks for the heads up with timing of the crispy chicken. Then it had a chunk of lettuce which is wilted and brown and a piece of tomato that- i can’t even explain. It’s fast food. I usually don’t have high expectations however this is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! I’M NOT HAPPY WITH YOU BURGER KING!

RUN AWAY DON’T EAT AT THIS PLACE. THE FOOD IS COLD AND NASTY. IF THEY DIDN’T HAVE TO ASK ME A QUESTION ABOUT MY FOOD, I DON’T THINK THEY WOULD SPOKEN TO ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIER DINING ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY, HARD TO FIND A CLEAN TABLE TO EAT IT. GUY CAME OUT WITH CLEANING SUPPLIES, NEVER CLEANED A SINGLE TABLE. I FEEL GROSS FOR HAVING ATE HERE.

So just tonight I ordered the spicy chicken Parmesan, do you know what it is like when you bite into raw chicken? Yeah well I wish I could say no to that question. Served up a nice and raw chicken and pretty much ruined my eating experience. Horrible service, inattentive staff, and rude as if I had bothered them to take my order.

Wow, giving this place a 2 is being generous. Where do I begin . Do I begin with waiting so long to order, the people in front of us left before ordering. Or do I start with the manager getting irritated because the order she was working on was suppose to be plain. Then the manager gives an attitude because she has to start over. The Customer waiting to get her food has been literally been waiting for 20 minutes. The problem is the staffing. The employees were trying their best. But the problem comes from the top down. If management is not taking the time to care. How do you expect the staff to care. Now to add to the wait we are now told they have no whopper meat ! Wow what a disgrace to the Burger King corporation ! Hopefully management reads their reviews or this problem will never be fixed . Problems breeds more problems.

Experienced a terrible argument with staff the last time we stopped at this location. We took it up with corporate and was passed along to Rob Turner, who was polite and wonderful to deal with. He apologized for the staff and assured us that he would be overseeing the location more closely in order to bring better service to customers.

Horrible customer service, no one even acknowledged our presence for the first minute or so at the counter. When the employee did come over to take our order, he was short and rude. They were not busy at all, the food was subpar at best. Onion rings tasted like the oil needed changed, nearly burnt tasting. Fries were soggy. Burgers were warm, if that. The same employee who took our order came out to clean the dining room, but really just wiped a bit by the drinks and walked off. No one and I’m not exaggerating when say no one was nice or friendly. No one greeted any customers, smiled, thanked them as they left or anything. You could hear about employee gripe about the customers in the drive thru. I should have asked for my money back and left but honestly didn’t want to deal with anyone in that place. Total disappointment and we will NEVER go back.

Better burger King experiences that I have had. The manager even came out to ask us if we were doing alright. And the restrooms were very clean. The fries were nice and hot and fresh. The only pick up was that the pop machine did not have ice.

A nicer newer Burger King. Built within the last 5 years. Always a delicious smell coming from the chimney. The employees are young, so speak clearly and maybe a little slow. But they are nice. Always a pleasant experience, and not to expensive. Love the onion rings and always grab a crown. Clean dinning room and fair bathrooms.

I am sorry, but anyone rating this place a 5 star either works there or is asked to write a review. This place is horrible. The food is always in my experience lukewarm, not remotely close to pictured. The staff can be seen eating in the food prep area, and whomever is suppose to clean the condiment station is not doing it *management fail*. Old ownership or new, the Bonner Spring Burger King should be a last resort for food. I will give it 2 stars for speed…but honestly I would rather my food come hot off the grill and take a little extra time than fast cold and inaccurate.
