I had one of the most terrible take-out pizzas and breadsticks ever! We chose this place because it had high ratings and was 5 min walk from our apartment. We picked up the food ourselves and there was no delay (pizza wasn’t even ready when we arrived). As we opened the pizza box, we were disappointed. We ordered a half-Margherita-half-“big brother”. Not only was the crust stone hard, the basil leaves on top were also burnt! Who on earth bake pizza with basils in the oven?! The pizza was apparently not fresh and reheated! I ended up pulling all the basils off my slices (they tasted bitter) and couldn’t finish even half of it. The big brother side was salty and lack of cheese, with the the same hard crust. And that breadstick (singular) was like one of the frozen ones you get from supermarket but it costed almost $4! Such an overpriced and overrated place! Could it be an isolated case? I don’t know, but this is below standard even at the worst unauthentic pizza joint I’ve been in Asia. I cannot believe it has a 4.5 rating at the time I ordered. Certainly did not deserve it.

It’s not bad for cracker/thin crust style pizza, but I think it’s a bit over priced. Plus my pizza was slightly smashed on one corner from delivery. It’s a little hard to tell by the photo, but one slice is stuck under another slice. I probably won’t order again just because of the price. There are lots of cheaper just as good if not better pizza options nearby even considering the free delivery.

let’s start by saying that this location is always rude so that’s really what I get for continuing to spend my money with them out of convenience. Well on today’s episode not only was the delivery driver snappy, rude and a touch racist but the young woman who answers the phones at this business was also snappy and rude. Not happy what so ever. Having good Customer service is a major quality to keep businesses running smoothly. At this point I feel as though this location should go ahead and close it’s doors. Especially if you have a problem with serving people of color and excepting constructive criticism.

The pizza from this place is very delicious and they have your orders ready in a short amount of time. I highly recommend you go to this place when you want to eat something that will make you full and satisfied after you eat your slice. They also have a great variety of options of pizzas of which you can order that vary from vegetarian to meaty toppings. Its crust is thin too and it’s good though incase you don’t want to eat to much but want to have a satisfying meal that will leave you feeling good that rest of the day. The way can order on the phone or online is also good incase you can’t go in person to order and once you go get your order by the time they said it will be ready its going to be there so they have goo customer service.

Great pizza! It has a unique rectangle shape. I order all the time from here and have never had a bad pizza. It is always consistent. The best part is that the delivery is always free. No added charges. This helps keep the price very reasonable and solidifies my loyalty to this pizza chain.
