I didn’t know what pasties were but was told its the UP’s favorite local dish. I was also told to either eat it with ketchup or gravy. My food was ready in basically 0 seconds, and the cashier was a really friendly guy who made this a more memorable experience 🙂 its a nice shop, prices are totally reasonable, and most importantly, i loved my pasty! Its light on seasonings, but a heavy dish, so you won’t leave unsatisfied unless you don’t like potatoes. I would definitely come back!

Cute shop. Went there because we had never had pasties and wanted to try them while we were in Michigan. Zach took my order and was nice about explaining what everything was; he was kind, patient, and had excellent customer service skills. It was a fairly busy place on a Sunday afternoon, with several customers seated at the tables both inside and outside and several more getting their order to go.

This was my first time trying a pasty and I think this was a good introduction. The pasties were cheap and tasty and there was basically no wait for them. There’s two sizes, but imo the smaller one is plenty. We also ordered an Italian sandwich, which we waited a while for (to be fair, the menu does say that they’re made to order) but it was also pretty good!

Really loved this place. We had ordered pasties here for family and their reviews were tops, so had to try them ourselves. Bonus….they ship all year long so you don’t have to wait until cool weather to have a pasty. If you can get here, do it. If you can’t….pick up the phone. You’ll be glad either way!

Adorable little shop, boyfriend says they are the best pasties in the UP!! My first time having them, but we ended up ordering 12 frozen ones to hold us over til we can come back up here ❤️❤️ definitely will visit again!

My first pasty. I had the broccoli cheese pasty. The taste hard to describe it’s a lot like a pot pie. I really like it. The customer service was awesome and the place small but very clean. There aren’t any fountain sodas available. There is gravy as a side but I didn’t have any. There are many other sandwich menu choices too besides a pasty.
