Don’t ask if the chicken is “Made to Order” because it is not, although the employees ensure you that it is. Also Don’t ask for extra seasoning because you will not receive any. Stop wasting money here, chicken should not be held under a heat lamp for 15 minutes and served. If you see no one in the drive thru, your order will not be fresh as they will give you leftovers. Repeat, eating at Winder Zaxbys is a mistake.

I ordered the Cobb salad today and once I began eating it I noticed a not so pleasant taste(the cucumbers were stale. I can’t believe that the salad was prepared with those. In my opinion it was not made today. I tasted the ingredients individually that’s how I knew that it was the cucumbers. The salads need to be dated if not freshly made. I would have given 2.5 if it was available.

I wished I had let the broken Zaby’s sign by the road be a warning. The inside continues the theme of missing maintenance and that includes the service. We ordered two dishes and were given only one set of flatware. The salad was so small, it seemed like they were running out of lettuce. The fries were soggy and so were the buns of the chicken sandwiches we bought because the salad was so darn small. I like Zaby’s but I will not go back to this location.

My son ordered nibblers (he is 9). They rang it up as nuclear sauce. When I asked them to re-make it they told me I would have to buy more. When I explained he is 9 and hates spicy food and there is no way he ordered it like that and the cashier must have done it by accident they still insisted that we buy another meal. Absolutely terrible customer service. It was 10 minutes to close, and I don’t think they wanted bothered. The one male worker walking in was already smoking some sort of cigar that looks like a black and mild type.

Drive thru was wrapped around the building and into the street, but surprisingly was at the ordering sign within 15 minutes and then 5 more to get to the window and my food before heading back home to enjoy it. They have the highest rate of getting your order correct than any other place around. Keep up the good work!!!!

My experience at this zaxbys location was absolutely ruined when some unacceptable behavior by a dirty wretched man named Mitchell Mershon who is STILL EMPLOYED at this location, the fact that multiple girls have before been assaulted and harassed by him at another Zaxbys Location in Hamilton Mill absolutely disgusting, ZAXBYS DO BETTER!!!

My family and I ordered through the mobile app on Tuesday and everything was good we got all of our sauces and our orders were correct the food was fresh and hot . We got our drinks I appreciate the stickers on the drinks to keep them secure . And , I appreciate that everything was good and we got everything ! We always have a huge order and one thing I have learned about restaurants is most of the time when you have an issue the manager always tries to make it your next time . We ordered our food on door dash. We ordered chicken tenders tossed in sauce with fries and a drink. They delivered cold food that was plain and without sauce. And the tenders looked old. My wife messaged door dash and they said they would give her credit but they charged her to deliver again and forced gratuity. So she would have to pay more than what she originally paid. So, she called Zaxby and asked can we bring our food up there and get it fixed. They told her no. They said it was a door dash issue and we needed to take it up with door dash. Horrible customer service.

Inside and outside dining. The people were very friendly and the food is good. Every now and then you just need Zaxby’s!! Their Zax Sauce is my favorite sauce. I dip my fries in it and the chicken and anything else I can lol!
