We’ve enjoyed Cafe Rio for a long time, but I’m writing a review now because this one moved into our neighborhood and we’ve had the best experience here. All of the employees were friendly and welcoming. Johanna, in particular, was so friendly and kind to my kids. They can be a handful and she was incredibly sweet to all of us. Also, the strawberry lemonade at this location is fantastic. It’s been very watery at other locations, but here it’s great!

I thought my food would be similar to whats shown in their videos. I ordered the same things but it looks nothing like what is advertised. I spent $25 for 2 meals and had 4 add ons but only received 2 containers with a teaspoon of sour cream for .59 cents each. No quacamole for $1.59, no cheese for $1.50. My tosdada was what looked to be a small soggy taco sized tortilla not the big one that fills the whole bowl on their videos. The cilantro was a tiny tree. The whole meal was overpriced soggy and bland. My husbands enchilada tortillas werent even cooked. This meal was trashed. Won’t be going back.
