After not going for year, we recently revisited the new Chili’s in Anna, and it has been our third visit. We were pleased to find that the food consistently maintains its quality, and the overall environment is exceptionally inviting and clean. The servers impress with their well-organized and friendly approach, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. One aspect that particularly stood out is the wide selection of kid-friendly options, which is very helpful when dealing with a picky eater. Our return visits have only reinforced our positive impression of Chili’s, making it a go-to choice!

Visited this location for dinner with friends and was very pleased. It is on the smaller side of other Chili’s I’ve visited in the past, but definitely the nicest and cleanest. Our service John was very attentive and thorough. We were sat in a timely fashion, food came out quick and the overall experience was 10/10, which we really appreciated when dining with a 2 year old! So glad this location opened so close to home!

I have been here twice with my family. The service and food have been absolutely exceptional each time. I, however, do agree with a previous review that the lighting seems exceptionally bright, especially during the evening hours. It’s not a huge complaint, but I agree it does take away from the atmosphere.

Visited the new location in Anna today for the first time. ALL the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The establishment was very clean and our waitress was very personable even making it a point to speak with my grandson. The food was served hot and tasted great. ☺️ I will definitely be giving them more of my business. They began getting busy towards the end of our lunch and not once did see the staff become overwhelmed. Everyone who entered was greeted with a smile. Great job to you all and the managers for ensuring everyone had a fun, dining experience!

Our family enjoyed our visit to the recently opened Chili’s in Anna for Sunday lunch. We had 7 in our group, place was very busy, yet front staff immediately greeted us and had us seated in 5 minutes. Our server was attentive, friendly, polite, and kept us informed on the status of our order. The salads, burgers, and kid’s meals were delicious, served hot. We felt welcomed, comfortable enough to spend some relaxed family time, even as the restaurant remained fairly busy. We look forward to more visits in the future.

My boyfriend & daughter were at our table for over 3 hours with NO FOOD! Took 45 minutes just to get our drinks. The waiter was so kind, but the manager never came to speak to our table and/or apologize. That’s unacceptable. They did comp our food, rightfully so. But the entire experience was awful & unfortunately we will not be returning.

We always sit at the bar when we go to this location. Rodney always takes care of us at the bar and keeps our drinks full. Also, bring back the Margaritas on tap. The food….ehhh. I could take it or leave it. The food at Chili’s used to be good back in the day long ago. However, now with new leadership and marketing team it seems like Chili’s has turned into a fast food place where you sit down and eat with a fork; basically a fancy fast food place.

Food was great! Got $10 lunch combo. Honey chipotle wings were amazing and the serve we had was amazing. The place wasn’t super busy so it was nice and chill. I wish I new our servers name cause he was truly super nice and energetic.
