This is our FAVORITE Domino’s because they’re prompt, friendly and always have plenty of napkins as well as plates and a bag for your take-out order. This matters as we usually eat nearby in a park on a blanket. Another Domino’s- on Sahara (not far away by a couple of miles) that manager said they stopped ordering napkins, plates and bags. Yes – for a take-out restaurant, quite close 2 another park as well (!) We gave THEN 1 star, reported them, and know not 2 waste our time going 2 Domino’s locations that don’t care. THIS LOCATION CARES!

I ordered at 5:28 pm. I got a call and text from dominoes to let me know my pizza was on its way. I then called at 6:45 to see where it was. Spoke to a kid who let me know they are busy and a manager named Jarron who said that the guy just left. Obviously he didn’t just leave. The pizza is cold. And they forgot cheese. I’m sooooo disappointed. Don’t use dominos. Order number 886.

I usually don’t have any issues with domino’s, but today was just a disaster for store #7272. I ordered a handmade pan pizza with just cheese. I received the pizza, but with hand-toss crust. I didn’t notice till I got home and opened the box. I drove back with the entire pizza intact and my receipt for a simple replacement or exchange pizza. The GENERAL MANAGER, told me he couldn’t refund or replace my pizza because it already left the store. So, I had to purchase another pizza for my kids. Just very poor customer service from the person whose supposed to lead and set the example for his staff. I hope the General Manager can work on there customer service skills to avoid any serious conflicts in the future.

I order from this domino’s location about twice a week. I have never had a problem, until today. I order a simply handmade pan pizza with cheese. I received a hand-toss pizza with cheese. I didn’t know the mistake until I got home. I went back and the GENERAL MANAGER said, “Since the pizza left the store there was nothing he could do.” Even though, I had my receipt and the entire pizza un-touched. NO REMAKE and NO REFUND. I certainly won’t be returning.
