For some reason this place can never get the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes right. I always request no nacho cheese sauce and 95% of the time there is in fact nacho cheese sauce on my potatoes. This last time I didn’t get the potatoes at all. Otherwise the food is usually pretty great.

They mess up my order every single time I go, whether it’s DoorDash and they don’t give the driver my drinks or food is missing, or drive thru and they still give me my order with missing items or things made wrong. Absolutely terrible

Excellent service and the food was fresh..ty!! But…my debit card was charged twice????? They put through my debit card then, gave me the food and today……11/10/22….my checking account shows a second $7.75 to be taken out four days from now on 11/14/22???? huh – I called my bank that checked it out fully and they insist Taco Bell put it through. I called Taco Bell and they say they dont do that and there is nothing they can do????????? WOW!!!! So…is someone playing with my debit card at TAco Bell???? So I called the main office and made a major complaint. They are doing an investigation. WAtch your account when going through Taco Bell!!!!

Came on a Thursday night while traveling through. I ordered on the app ahead of time and set it to pick up inside since I needed to stop by for the restroom anyway. I stood at the counter for several minutes, nobody came up because they were all paying attention to drive thru. So I got in my car and went through the drive thru. They didn’t have my order ready even though I ordered on the app and I told them I was picking it up at the speaker. At first they tried to hand me a drink that I could tell wasn’t mine by the color of it. The woman who I assumed was the manager rudely asked me again whose order I was picking up. She then yelled at her staff. I can understand they’re having staffing issues but it was just unnecessary to do in front of customers. The blonde woman who ended up bringing up food out after I drove around was truly sweet, though.
