Food was delicious, service was super friendly and accommodating to modifications of food orders. It started to rain and they moved us inside quickly and without hesitation. Very solid beer and drink menu. Apps were huge, especially the waffle nachos. Lobster mac and cheese was straight LOADED with big chunks of lobster. Fish and chips was really good and everyone else enjoyed their flatbreads.

First time dining at Blaze in Bangor. We had tried the Bar Harbor location several years ago and we never compelled to go back, but decided to try the Bangor location and were so glad we did! We had a wonderful lunch. We hoped to sit outside, but it was a bit cold, so we opted for an indoor table.

Not being locals, we parked on a side street and just walked around the area until we chose a restaurant that caught our eye. So glad we chose Blaze! We got lobster Mac n cheese and the fried Brussels sprouts and some pizza. food was amazing and our waitress along with the other colleagues there were attentive. Definitely a spot to come back to. Loved the outdoor seating. The menu is vast with many different vegetarian options including a baked squash and the mushroom pizza which is what I got. Our server was sweet but never hovered. My SO got the fish and chips which were a different herby version which we enjoyed for a new take on a classic. The beers were fantastic and the list was huge. We went from Bangor to Bar Harbor and plan to eat at this location as well. Yea, that’s how good it is.

Had a wonderful time with the family tonight! Very friendly waitress, she had a great attitude and great service even though we know they’re short staffed. Our sons had a great time and loved the burgers, pizza , seafood and bottled flavored sodas! My youngest said he wants to work there! . Thanks for the lovely night, great attitude when you must be exhausted and delicious food!
