I ordered a hamburger for dine in when the restaurant was empty and they weren’t grinding out pre orders. After 20 minutes I went up to the cashier and he told me 2-3 minutes but it took almost 10 more minutes. Pretty sure they started cooking my order after I came up. You telling me it takes almost half an hour to make a burger and fries. When I payed I also told the cashier dine in and he acknowledged it. He packed it to go and the fries portion was substantially lowered to half from my normal serving size I get at this place??? When you dine in they give you salsa and nachos so I’m kinda ticked off small things like this happen as I was expecting the usual. I was looking for a quick bite before work and I got a headache from nothing.

Price on menu is not price charged. Menu showed $12.50, they charged me $14. And then had the audacity to charge $3.00 for a can of Diet Coke. Didn’t do the math right on the taxes and rounded up to $19 for a lunch. Very deceitful and will not get my business again. Food was good not great.

Checked online, and the Google listing for the restaurant said it was open until 10pm (it’s a Sunday) (the restaurants’ website has no hours listed). Placed an order for delivery at 4:40pm through Grabull, and was met with a confirmation screen saying our order would be ready in 37 minutes. Well at 5:55pm we hadn’t heard anything yet, so we called the restaurant twice and they never picked up. We called Grabull and were told our order had yet to be picked up by the driver, but they’d call and text as soon as it was. At 6:35pm we called the restaurant again, they didn’t pick up. We called Grabull and were told that the order had been cancelled. We never received any emails/texts from the restaurant or from Grabull. We were really looking forward to the food as it looked delicious online.

This place is a disaster and I would not recommend it. When they first opened The food was OK but I ordered the same dish a second time and it was basically a bowl of grease. I decided to give it a third try, and ordered two tacos. When I arrived to pick it up they gave me six and charged almost 4 times as much as the menu price. They are not capable of taking phone orders and when you arrive to get your food they seem very confused about how to package it.

I used to like this place. The food is tasty but there is a cashier that stole my money the last time I ordered. When I arrived to pick up my food, she charged $5 more than what is listed online and on their physical menu. When I confronted her about this she claimed there’s a new price that hasn’t been posted online yet. Seemed like a lie to me. Beware

The food is good and the people behind the counter are very nice, but if you are ordering take-out, you should check your bag to make sure your entire order has been bagged. On Easter Sunday I ordered 2 burritos and an appetizer. i only received one of the burritos. The same thing happened this past Sunday (April 11). I ordered 2 burritos and 2 tortas and only got one burrito. It may seem rude, but if you are doing take-out, you are better off ripping the bag open on one of the tables and examining your order before you leave.

I used to love this place but owner changed and toquesito is no longer in the place. I ordered beef soup and seafood soup and all I got was water and frozen veggies I was so upset about it. Because the previous owner used to make the food with love and flavor. Sorry but I won’t go there anymore
