Stopped by here for lunch, bathrooms were disgusting, garbage cans were overflowing, floors were sticky. Took us a long time waiting at front counter to order. Several workers passed us and didn’t say a word to us. Just talking to each other. None of them smiled at all to any customers. When food was brought to table, the employee just plopped the tray down on table and didn’t say a word. Food was good though. Won’t be back.

I am sharing a picture of my blizzard to show how poorly it was prepared. The mix in reached only halfway down the blizzard. The remaining half was just vanilla ice cream. I am not sharing the picture of the horrifyingly dirty bathroom that they had. The smell was putrid and there was a used adult diaper on the floor. The urinal was out of order and smeared with… something. It was a terribly unpleasant experience.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Dairy Queen. The food was cook right. Crispy onion rings, crispy fries, the burger has the right amount of sauce and cheese and good bacon, and the bun wasn’t smashed. I enjoyed my meal. Would have tried the blizzard but I was full. I will definitely be back when visiting my friends.

So, their AC was out that day, but it wasn’t terribly noticable, and I only knew because they posted a sign on the front door warning about it. The food was good and the staff helpful.

Horrible customer service placed a mobile order that was missing chicken and then when called to let them know they argued with me and stated they remember putting the chicken in….. and basically accused me of lying. Long time hood river resident and customer of Dairy Queen and will never be returning to this establishment! Definitely should train Denise on her customer service skills.
