Great service at the window, friendly and cheerful. The order was correct, including modified items(a low bar perhaps but can’t say this about many other locations). The food was made promptly and correctly with friendly cheerful service what more can you ask for.

The RUDEST employees I have ever encountered. I asked for more time at the menu board and they gave me 30 secs before asking 3 more times “are you ready yet”. Then when I finally ordered; the guy was SO rude and there was a woman in the background laughing at him- like she thought it was funny how he was treating us. At the window my card got snatched from my hand, the bag was shoved at me and when I asked for sauce he stated “it’s in there “ and slammed the window on me. A little customer service would be nice, I won’t be returning to this location .

I’ve never been to a drive thru and drove away feeling compelled to get on google reviews but here I am general public! This evening I stopped to get dinner here as it seemed most everyone else did, too. The place was extremely busy and tbh these days I expect the very bare minimum amount of pleasantries from service industry employees and I get it – I wouldn’t be able fake it for the same reasons. Well, I was wrong for expecting anything – I was dead wrong and pleasantly surprised at the amazing interaction, not to mention, customer service that the employee (I later learned) named Shiela provided me. Thank you, Shiela. You made my day! Taco Bell – I hope this means you guys have stepped your hiring game up.

Used to love to this local place back in 2007 but recently two times my party pack order was missing tacos and ordered supreme and got regular tacos. All good since I was hungry on a road trip but there is a big price difference that I feel cheated on.

Not only did it take 30 mins to get the food but also the food was skimpy. When asking the associate if it looked right he said and i quote “its tacobell, what do you expect”. After that i talked to the manager who said she was too busy to take my complaint and turned around and walked away even though i was still talking. So much for you will love it or we will eat it.
