We had a nice visit stopping in for dinner as we drove through the area. The menu selection was what you would expect from a drive-in. We had Quick Service and the waitress was friendly. The food was prepared and brought to us sooner than we expected. It was hot and everyone in our family enjoyed their meal. The root beer was good. The food was well priced and much cheaper than we were expecting.

It’s okay, for a quick stop. Old place trying to compete. The prices are a little high for what it is. But it’s still a neat little car hop. The chili dog sauce is very good. Way better than Dairy Queen. And the root beer floats I have to admit are pretty amazing. If they could get the price point organized for most things it would be nice. Spent nearly $42 on two adults and a child. That’s two combo meals with drinks a kids meal. A foot long Coney dog and one root beer float to share. And the tip. That’s nearly steak house prices for frozen quality food. That’s a tad ridiculous in my opinion. The people are very Friendly and work hard to keep you happy and that does count for something. But you are there to eat and that’s what you are paying for.

The prices were more on the menu and receipt than listed on their site. The Root Beer float was more ice cream flavor than Root Beer and not as good as I expected. The foot long cheese coney was good and the fries were yummy. The breaded tenderloin was good but the State Fair’s is better flavored. Overall it’s an okay place with okay quality

Been going here for 60 yrs. live out of town now so always look forward to my yearly stop. Just stopped – so disappointed. Menu board didn’t show new prices. Just a strip that says prices increased. Bad advertising! Carhop pretty nonchalant when questioned about prices not being correct. Just disappointed!

Years ago this was a place you couldn’t wait for it to open, but sadly it has become over priced and I don’t know how they are even still in business. Not the the original owners so I’m sure that has everything to do with it. Menu hasn’t changed much but the prices and quality of food sure have. Prices went up and quality down.

Very nostalgic. Service lacking. Took too long to even take our order. Coney average. Root beer more vanilla-ish than what I am accustomed too but still good. Unfortunately you have to get a paper cup for the extra large root beer….really needs an ice cold frosty mug!!

Always great service. Not the best burger but a good place for a foot long Coney, amazing slaw, and probably the best root beer I’ve ever had. I take the family once a week and have never been disappointed.

I have been going here since a child. The menu is still the same, but the place could be open 9 months out of the year and thrive. Needs managed well and marketed too. Food is usually great. Service is hit and miss. Their specific seasonal hours are not popular with locals……. just ask around.

Local drive-in with decent food. Specialty item is a loose beef sandwich called hurriburger. While still pretty good, the prior owner use a rye bun that made the sandwich much better. Try the root beer. Still served in an ice cold mug.
