Andrew was an exceptional worker but I felt badly for him because everything I ordered… they didn’t have. I wanted to try the new Steakhouse ribeye but they were sold out of them. Tried to get a choc shake but their shake machine was still broken. ♀️

Delicious crispy fish sandwich and crinkle cut fries. The food was very fresh. Friendly employees. Pretty fast drive thru. Drive thru only. Inside, it’s not open for dine in or takeout. **Update: The inside is open for dining in and take-out. New sandwich, the Americana, roast beef with all of the burger toppings. Delicious.

Went threw the drive thru and the person taking my order was rude and sarcastic I asked for sauce and he was talking over me and then said I’ll give you fire sauce?! Then when I asked to speak to someone else he said there is no one else. There no manager there at all times? When I asked the girl in present window he’s name she said idk we call him G. Very unprofessional.

Excellent customer service. We ordered our food and within 2 minutes it was done. Very fast service. They have a nice area to get ur drinks and sauces. Easy off and on the interstate for a quick stop. We ordered the classic roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. Tasted great as usual.

Very dissatisfied with our food. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich it came with one tiny spot of ranch, no bacon, and skimpy on the meat. My husband bought the turkey bacon ranch wrap and it had half a piece of bacon and filled with lettuce and one slice of turkey. If I wanted to make my own sandwich at home I would have. Basically had to add ranch and turkey to this sandwich. I’ve had this sandwich before and it was made 10x better. This sandwich was pretty much made half a** and very disappointed.

Stopped here on the way home while traveling. Food was good and we were greeted by a friendly manager as we approached the counter. Didn’t wait very long and food was ready and order was correct. Sandwiches were hot as were the crinkle fries I had and the cheese sticks my daughter had. About all you can hope for with fast food. Would stop at this location again.

Visited this location around 5pm and went inside to order food go-to. Though it wasn’t busy and there only 2 customers in dining room, it took almost 5 minutes for staff to aknowledge my presence and take my order.
