If you look at the picture, my pizza seemed to have mismatching pieces of pizza that look like they were shoved together and baked over with cheese and a few more pepperonis. I never leave reviews, but I felt this was one worth sharing. Some of the pieces clearly don’t match, even after I tried to squish them all together. The pepperoni slices suddenly disappear between the different slices of pizza. If what I’m seeing is correct, the pizza was not fresh by any means.

I now understand why this store has such low reviews. First rule of the pizza business, if you make a mistake you fix it or make the customer happy. Last night I ordered a large pan pizza for carryout. They made me pay for it with a credit card before showing it to me and then presented me with a large thin crust. No offense to Pizza Hut but I could get that same pizza at Domino’s for about $8 instead of about $14. When I complained that this is not what I had ordered I was offered to have to wait while they made me a medium pizza instead. No other compensation or sympathy was offered. I didn’t pay for a medium pizza I paid for a large pizza. I took the thin crust but I doubt I’ll be back. Terrible customer service.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. My order, along with several others were “lost”. I was even present for a guy who had been waiting 45 minutes for them to screw up his order TWICE! How pathetic. I noticed some old guy employee hanging out outside while the inside train wreck was happening. He was just letting them continue to drown. If you’re hungry, but actually don’t want to eat, this is the place for you. Otherwise, pick anything else. Absolutely anything else.

2nd time it’s been bad. Picture is worth a thousand words!!!! When I opened the box, this is what I got! Second time (pic) got a medium with extra cheese………..not good and they also forgot the wings I ordered. They were delivered 20 minutes later.

After seeing so many bad reviews, I had to leave this.. food was great! It couldn’t be delivered to my room (in a hotel) we had to walk down to the lobby but they were very short staff so I understand. Food was all correct and tasted great.

Larry who took my order was very friendly! After paying extra for meat, there should have been meat on every slice. Instead it was sparingly placed on both pizzas.
