This place is super nice. The food is fantastic! Amazing! You walk in and grab a menu, seat yourself, and when you’re ready to order go to the order register and order your food. They will call you by your number or name. Pick up your food and grab your drinks. I order the Santa Fe burger it was so delicious full of flavor. Onion rings were perfect. Mac and cheese delicious. Grilled cheese brisket.

The food was delicious we got a sampler plate that had four different kinds of bar b que meat and it was more than enough for two people. Didn’t like how they have no table side service, that was a bummer. Had to stand in one line to order food, then another line to order a beer. The only thing I would say is that they should incorporate table side wait staff then it would have been perfect.

Great BBQ. Nice setup, you can sit on one side and have full service or just sit and order at the counter and pick up your food when called ready. Enjoyed lunch there. Very quick on getting our food out. I liked the sauce bar for all their types of BBQ sauce. Good sized portions that you didn’t leave hungry. Definite spot to come back to.

When you don’t have to put BBQ on the smoked pulled pork, you know you have some damn good pulled pork. I love everything about this place: the pulled pork sandwich, the coleslaw, the homemade BBQ, the fries, FANTASTIC! I will definitely come back as soon as I go back to Prescott.

Great place for a brisket lunch. Colt delivers the best beef in the area. It was my first time in Prescott and I love the town. The smell of wood fired grilling tempted my taste buds. Overall a good meal with awesome staff. All the sauces exceeded my expectations.

The best brisket and hamburgers I have had. We drive up to enjoy the food at the Prescott location from Phoenix. Hamburgers are made with prime beef and have a great bun. The hand cut fries are good. We are not fond of their other sides though.
