A quick delicious reasonably priced dinner… A little Take & Bake Pizza. This is My Favorite Favorite Pizza here and I add two small tweaks to make it my own. It’s a Specialty Pizza called the Chicken, Bacon Ranch… When I Order it I ask for thin crust and Red Sauce. It is sooo Good… My only Struggle is when I am not eating meat or dairy but, I recently tried the Gourmet Vegetarian which is now my second favorite. And if you’re cutting way back and skipping dairy you can also try any pizza with Papa Murphy’s Dairy free cheese option. It works but preferably without their white sauce. I have nothing but, good things to say about Papa Murphy’s they’ve been convenient and affordable especially on weekend nights when you want to take a break from cooking throughout the week. I have purchased pizzas for children’s parties or fun get-togethers with family and friends. They also have a wide variety of pizza selections to choose from and their Caesar saladsare fresh and flavorful and the cookie dough is also very good for take and bake for dessert. They do get packed on Friday and Saturday nights so be prepared for a bit of a wait time if you don’t call ahead or use their mobile app.

Our choices are VERY limited in Pollock Pines for take out for options and I am glad that Papa Murphy’s Pizza is one of our choices. Their pizza is always consistently good in flavor and quality ingredients, and the pizza is an excellent value. The staff there are always friendly and smiling, and you are always told thank you when purchasing food there, which is sadly becoming a rare thing to hear from places nowadays. They have also stepped up their game as far as items the offer to compliment your pizza, including some tasty fresh salad choices. They are conveniently located just off of Highway 50 at the Sly Park Road exit in the shopping center with CVS, right next to Safeway on Pony Express.

This happened a few months ago and I posted this review to the wrong location but this happened at the Bradshaw location. I literally JUST called the Bradshaw location to make an order and the male that answered the phone made me feel like I was wasting his precious time. I will be going to the location here in a few minutes to pick up my order. I will be back to share his name. I promise! I am so sorry that my business bothers your employees. EDIT! His name is Dennis. I was trying to be fun on the phone when I ordered. He told me in person that he didn’t have time for my jokes. BUT HE TOOK THE TIME TO TELL ME THIS!!! Why couldn’t he have taken the time to have a decent call with me, A CUSTOMER, while I was ordering??????? I told Dennis EXACTLY what I think of him.

Great with toppings, requests, and usually on time… Nothing to complain about on that front. The only reason I give four stars is the fact when you order online, picking up is walking in the front door and grabbing the order with your name on it. There is nothing to stop someone else from cherry picking from your order. It’s a doubtful situation to have happen, but then again I have seen someone ask for their order at another place, while waiting go outside on their phone, and have someone grab it and leave who wasn’t even with them when everyone there thought they could have been. They were gone before we could close our shocked mouths. In a time of desperation, it’s hard to blame someone who needs food, but when it happens others suffer as well. Back to the main topic, papa murphies, at least in the ones I have been in, doesn’t check your ID, or even bring it too you after asking you which order your there for. You just come and take it by the door.

I walked in and immediately the place smells like something is rotting in there. It was a very strong smell. I was hesitant of even picking up my order, but I did anyway. Thankfully we didn’t get sick. The pizza was okay, just seemed a little sloppy put together. Service wasn’t the greatest, or friendly. Will drive further to get better Service without the smell.

First time trying this place and never again. Pizza was inedible and was a waste of money. Toppings were thrown on all in the center and overall it was just gross. You could spend less money on a real pizza and avoid the game of simonella roulette.

The people there were so nice and it was so convenient! They couldn’t have possibly been any better! If I could give them more stars, I would have! I am as picky and as grumpy as the day is long but I left there with the biggest smile on my face and I have to admit, I never do!
