Beyond disappointed with Figaros pizza. The pepperoni had a funky taste and the pizza crust itself tasted like what I would imagine cardboard drizzled with tomato sauce tastes. The whole fam had terrible stomach pains and whatnot after eating some. Would not recommend eating here.

Is it too much to ask for a website that actually works so I can place an order so you can make money and actually stay in business? (unlike the rest of the Figaro’s franchises) I know that is a lot to ask being just a customer and all that…..but my theory is you might get more sales if your website worked.

I’ve always been a huge figaros fan. I was excited we had one here in Independence when we moved here. Super good ingredients makes for the best tasting pizza! The atmosphere is always vibing good in this location. Hands down the best in town!!

We just moved here from South Florida and were not looking forward to the same old pizza places. We happened to drive by and see the lunch special for Figaro’s and decided to try it. Boy oh boy! We found our new favorite pizza place!! Fresh ingredients, generous toppings and $7 for a 10″ personal pan with a soda? You pick the crust, you pick the sauce and up to 3 toppings. What’s not to like? I’m sold. On top of that, they deliver. I’m definitely in love now.

Great vegetarian pizza at reasonable prices. What more could one ask? Well for one thing, the skill or the tools needed to make uniform slices. Makes little difference if I ask for eight or twelve slices some are fatter than others. But I eat them anyway

My family enjoyed the pizzas here. Whether we cooked it at home or picked them up hot from the store they went fast when they were in front of the kids. On both occasions the pizzas were ready for pick up within 20 min. The customer service was top notch. Thanks Brandon!

Rating 5 stars based off of great customer service! I was in this evening and had to wait for my pizza due to not ordering in advance. While I waited I got to listen and observe the woman working behind the counter. She kept me up to date on how much time was left on my pizza, which I really appreciated because it always feels longer than it actually is after a hard day! I even heard her check with a customer if her breadsticks were cooked the way she wanted

My wife and I have always preferred Figaro’s pizza. Competitors like Domino’s, Pizza Hut and the other usual suspects don’t hold the same quality. I can’t even eat Domino’s pizza because it’s so over garlicky, salty and buttery. Figaro’s offers great pizza at a reasonable price. I never feel like I am eating something that came from a lab. The calzone’s are especially impressive. The crust is thin and delicate vs the usual overabundance of dough and underwhelming presence of other ingredients you get at most pizza joints. Other than the food, the staff and management are wonderful. I will likely always be a customer of Figaro’s. Especially the one in Independence.

They made our pizzas wrong (baked them without asking as well as missed toppings). I had really wanted to love this store as I’ve really missed our figaros in Dallas, unfortunately it wasn’t near as good.
