Ordered food, after an hour it hadn’t shown. Called, had to order again. Then 30 minutes later, my original order showed up. Know how I know it was the original order? Because it was ICE COLD. Delivery person dropped it on the doormat and literally RAN because there was no one in sight when we answered. Called the store back, it rang so many times my call disconnected. TWICE. Boooooo Pizza Hut. Shame on you! *I didn’t think to take a pic of the food, just imagine you ordered pizza and didn’t open the box until the next day. That’s what it looked like.*

Just go to Dominoes. Called and talked to Dillan about my delivery being 30 minutes late. My call was directed to the manager, who would not give his name, talked over me, blamed the issue on being short-staffed, and hung up. Bonus – Get a load of these bread sticks.

The thin crust pizza selection was very disappointing which was way to overcooked so hard it was cutting my gums and the cinnnabons were under cooked and taste like dough. I felt robbed of my money. The only thing I appreciated was the delivery woman who left part of my order but went back to get it and bring it back. I couldn’t even get upset at her

I ordered a pizza delivery on the Pizza Hut app. My pizza delivery was 20 min late so I called Pizza Hut. They said that the order went to Door dash and once it left the restaurant they aren’t responsible for what happens to it. I asked for the number to door dash so I could call them to see why the order was late. The manager said he had no clue. I asked what could be done about this and he again stated it was not their responsibility and if I wanted to I could leave a review.
