Jimmy John’s food is consistent, and it was good this time. The female server was not pleasant at all. It seemed like I was supposed to make sure she was satisfied by me coming to order a sandwich at their shop. Terrible service and very unpleasant person working behind the counter. You can try next time by “Hi, how can I help you” I will make sure to skip this one next time.

This sandwhich place is a great meal in this area. I wish employees read the ticket better to add mustard, cut in half, etc, but the quality of the ingredients make it worth it for me. You’ll see in the photo there isn’t one speck of grey poupon to save my life, but the meat steals the show.

For the past year I was coming here occasionally (about 2-3 times a month.) Great subs but…. I had a bad experience and I probably won’t come back. I had a beef sub (I can’t recall the name) and got terrible food poisoning. The service this day was also sub optimal.

Placed a delivery order online and the sandwich had literally no meat or cheese on it, I usually don’t call to complain but it was nearly inedible. So I explain the issue and they offer to re make my sandwich and send out a new one. The remade sandwich arrives, possibly worse than the first, there is meat this time but my light oil sandwhich is literally dripping, soggy, and absolutely disgusting. It had no Avocado that I had to pay extra for, I’m just very disappointed and ended up not eating either.
