Here’s a wonderful little gem near the Hillsboro Airport that should not be overlooked. Located in the Hillsboro Market Center in the same building as Safeway (just at the other end) this little spot can be pretty hard to find, but when you do, it was well worth effort. With a friendly staff, a decent sized menu, and a spacious dining area – it’s a great little spot to enjoy Vietnamese food. Chopstix Grill was a great find. We wanted to go out for Asian food, but wanted to try a new place ” new to us” The service was excellent and so was the food. The wait time was average but they make everything fresh to order. The best wings I’ve never had. I do wish they had steamed buns on the menu or a pan fried/steamed pot stickers. But is in no way a ding, just hopefulness for the future. Chopstix is a small easy to miss restaurant that you should definitely not miss. We will be back. As always, be happy be mindful and always be the best you.

The airport chicken and their take on orange chicken were surprisingly good. My favorite appetizer would have to be the chicken wings. They are mildly spicy but very flavorful. If you’re a fan of chili oil, you will enjoy the wings. I have also had their cabbage chicken salad which makes for a great light meal option.

First time visiting this place and the food was okay. The pad Thai was bad, too soggy, and heavy on fish sauce smell. But the yellow curry Thai was excellent. It has a great taste and it was complimented well with rice and spicy oil on side. Not a lot of great options, but a one time visit for me

What a great find! AMAZING food, even better service. David is an extremely creative chef and experiments with various Asian flavors. Chicken wings, luc lac and lemongrass rice are our most favorite – but we haven’t been disappointed with anything yet! We absolutely love this place and have been coming back regularly. Highly recommended!

The food was great! I loved the lemongrass chili chef special. The staff was kind and friendly as well. Obviously great GF options and so much can be made vegetarian with tofu. David, was so pleasant and I look forward to coming again to try more!

Such a wonderful place to eat. My parents took my 7 month old and myself here and it was so good. Even my son loved the food. Great staff and the food is so pretty it’s hard to eat. The portions were large so I got some leftovers to take home. Also I really loved that their chili oil had lemon grass in it, such a subtle but tasty add. Thank you!

In a hard to find location unless if you know it, but once you decide to dine in or take a to go box, expect to be greeted by friendly staff and delicious food. Dining area is chill and clean. Home made sauce is the bomb !!! Orange chicken taste really good.
