I really enjoy this location. For fall favorites, so far DD has surpassed my expectations for a great pumpkin latte and spiced donut. This location is friendly, fast, and often outside working to keep orders flowing. Best choice so far for fall favorites!

Frankie was awesome! The atmosphere and employee energy had gotten so much better. I stopped coming here a year ago. Today Frankie took extra care to make sure my drink was perfect. She was super sweet and kind and convinced us we needed a donut too. All the employees were smiling and energetic. If you haven’t given this Dunkin location a try in a while, you should come back again. You will be pleasantly surprised! Families were eating in dining room area, it was clean too!

I stopped by and got me a coffee and some munchkins for my drive and was disgusted. The coffee was cold and the donuts were cold. So I called to get my money back and was reassured that my order would be replaced as soon as I came back. Well when I stopped back in there were 3 people getting their food replaced but they refused replacement of my food even though the manager on duty said there would be no problem. If they could all stay in the building and not outside smoking cigarettes maybe they could make proper food. Won’t be back

During my first trip a fellow customer suggested a drink. It was great. I ordered the same drink the next day; it was not the same and never has been since that day. I switched to a basic iced mocha coffee. Sadly, It always had a burnt coffee taste. I then switched to caramel iced coffee. Unfortunately, it was always too sweet and the sugar was just piled at the bottom. I finally switched to liquid cane sugar. I go to take a sip and get a mouth full of the granulated sugar piled up at the bottom(pictured). Aside from the coffee issues I have purchased from the bakery. Coffee rolls are a fave but it is hit or miss because they either never have enough(even at 8:30-9 a.m.) or they are smashed and hard. Yes, they still served them and I had to return it. They even over cooked my boys wake up wraps(pictured). They were hard and inedible. I said all this to show that it wasn’t just once or twice. Obviously I’ve given many opportunities for better experiences. I just think they could use extra help to match the customer demands, so that quality doesn’t drop as well. Thank you.

I’ll give it a two cause every time I come here, they mess up on my order. Which I worked in a food place before so I know mistakes happen but Every Single Time asked for extra cream and sugar for my drink they messed up and didn’t do it. Asked for the chicken bacon croissant, just got a croissant. Honestly if you don’t know how to take orders nor know what the customer is saying just clarify. Then lil ms thing got mad cause I called her out on messing up my order. Oh well ♀️

The best hot choclate IMHO they use Real Whip creme! Staff has always been great. I only use drive thru so no clue on Atmosphere. My neighbors love the coffee me I don’t drink so I’m only voting on donuts and hot chocolate

I went inside to order. Went to the self checkout machine, which was my 1st time using it there. Wasn’t sure how to scan my qr code for points.
