Final visit. Not one of the better dining options in Derby. The service is the main issue which affects every meal at Panda Express. The servers hurry the customer’s meal decisions and get chippy about non-immediate responses to their questions. They typically are asking the next question about your options before you are even done responding to the previous inquiry, and they do NOT handle it well if customers don’t have their order pre-memorized before stepping in line. This is a very rushed and impatient atmosphere, even when they are not busy and the staff outnumbers the customers. The food is still decent though which must by why I return on occasion after I’ve waited long enough to forget about the interrogation line at the counter. But the ridiculous upcharges for anything good and refusal to carry white rice is it for me. Derby has better.

Love the shrimp. Not huge on their noodles but that is my personal taste. Great options and super friendly helpful staff. Was worried the chicken might be too spicy so they let me try it first.
