I don’t eat beef often. I’m very frugal. And I’m not a nice person at all. With that being said, I skeptically spent $75 on the hamburger, cheeseburger, burger daddy, and yv, with low hopes on the quality and had EVERY EXPECTATION EXCEEDED. The texture, the consistency, the taste, the all around aesthetic… 10s across the board. I fell asleep DREAMING about this burger. This burger was so dang good, I finished it the following day and had to post a review. I’m enroute for another. If you eat it…. You will be hooked. It was the best thing that’s hit my tongue in quite some time.

Ordered today at Walking Stick Brewery. Ordered 5 burgers for my family, 3 for the kids without cheese. They put cheese on all burgers and fries were frozen fries overcooked. Fries were crunchy and flavorless. Overpriced for quality received. Honest review for owner improvement.

I was greeted by the staff as soon as I entered the food truck area and they were nice enough to show me how their contact-free ordering system works so that we can order at our own pace. It’s a system similar to McDonald’s electronic kiosks. They noticed that I was struggling making a decision and they showed me that I can reveal the item details and ingredient list by tapping on the item photo which did help me make my final decision. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectfully kept their distance while at the same time making themselves available to help us with our selections. I am giving them 5 stars because they went over and beyond during my time here and it shows that they want their customers to feel satisfied with their food and service. I recommend their Merito Fries. To call them “fries” is an an understatement. They are AMAZING. In the photo is their Chicken Sandwich, which was okay. But taking a bite of their Mero Mero sandwich was great, which tastes just like the Merito Fries.

As a family, there are several food allergies we have to deal with which makes ordering and eating food out very challenging, but Hector, the food truck owner, made the ordering process so easy!! When we ordered and mentioned which hamburgers could have what (no dairy, nuts or sesame) he made sure to let us know that the bun had dairy. He made us a lettuce bun instead of the dairy bun. All of the burgers were great! We had the regular cheeseburgers and the Burger Daddy’s, one without dairy. This was the best burger and food experience we have had in a long time! We will definitely have The Burger Daddy, again.
